Set up and led an in-house department to centralise production of the school’s print and digital media, rolling out new marketing concepts across the various associations and brands within the business.

Manage a team in the redesigning of all corporate documents and sub-brands. Oversee the work of the reprographics department and artworker, ensuring quality control and operational efficiencies. Commission and direct photography for the organisation’s portfolio. Review all production materials on key projects, liaising with stakeholders, creatives/production, editors and printers.

Selected Achievements:

  • Saved the school money by setting up an in-house design department, eliminating the need for the involvement of a design agency and utilising strong digital knowledge to design two websites.

  • Designed the art catalogue and promotional material for Harrow School’s artist-in-residence Jane McAdam Freud, currently accompanying the world tour of ‘Object Authority.’

  • Produced high quality WW1 Commemoration website design and artwork content.

  • Successfully branded the Wellbeing Initiative, creating a visually-engaging and instantly recognisable identity for academic and support staff.

  • Achieved a record response with the Wellbeing campaign survey, a key part of the internal publicity campaign, and engaged all staff throughout the ongoing, year-long project.

  • Conceptualised the invitation for the Tree Planting Ceremony, comprising of leaves made from sourced seeded paper that could be planted at home.

  • Won second place in the National Fresh Design Awards, as a leader in cutting-edge rebranding, exceptional design, and good strategy.
